Ticketpalace.com provides a service in which we acquire hard to find and premium seating for entertainment events all over the world. Tickets purchased from Ticketpalace.com are generally not available from normal consumer channels, such as Ticketmaster or the venue box office. The price you pay is generally more than the price printed on the ticket because it reflects our cost in acquiring premium seating.WE DO NOT SHARE YOUR INFORMATION WITH ANYONE BUT OUR SHIPPER. OUR SHIPPERS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO KEEP ANY OF YOUR INFORMATION ON FILE. TICKETMASTER SHARES ALL YOUR PRIVATE INFORMATION WITH VENUES AND SOME ARTISTS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges once your order has been processed. When you submit an order, we begin to look for your tickets across our network of suppliers. Once we purchase your tickets from our supplier, we cannot return the tickets. If you can no longer attend and wish to consign your tickets, please contact us at 800 353 8499. Please note that the ticket market is a market, and prices can fluctuate hourly/daily/monthly depending on when you purchased your tickets and the event. There is no guarantee that you will receive the amount you paid for your tickets when you consign them. Please contact your customer care associate if you need to re sell your tickets or discuss this policy further. Fax Authorization is required for all orders shipped to addresses which are not your billing address. Please sign and date your email confirmation and fax it to 818 790 1022. With your email confirmation, please include legible copies of the front and back of your credit card, as well as your drivers license. If you have any questions, please call our customer care associates at 800 353 8499. All orders over $800 require a fax authorization form. All orders outside the United States also require a fax authorization form. All deposits are non-refundable. Even though exact location has not been determined, we have committed to a purchase via our supplier, which is also non refundable. Pre order deliveries are generally not made until the week of the event. On occasion, the tickets may be delivered on the day of the event. There is no guarantee as to delivery other than prior to the start of the event. Pre orders over $500 require a fax authorization form. We reserve the right to upgrade tickets to a higher priced seat location at no additional cost to the customer. All prices are guaranteed only after your order is confirmed via email or phone. Once again, all tickets are listed in an open market and inventory is not updated in real time. If the tickets you ordered are no longer available, we will attempt to find an equivalent seat for the same price. Your credit card will not be charged until your seats are confirmed. You will never be charged more than you authorize. We deal with ticket wholesalers throughout the country, and we are not responsible for their typographical errors. If an error is found while processing your order, we will notify you and give you other seating options. You will also have the option of canceling your order. If a ticket is listed as Parking, PRK, or Lot, these are not tickets. These are parking passes. Parking passes will not give you admission to the event. When you receive your tickets, please check them carefully. We must be notified immediately if you did not receive the location you ordered so we can contact our supplier and get you the right seats. Please note that any attempts to defraud TicketPalace.com will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Purchases by credit card do not grant any variances from our terms and conditions. As soon as you submit your order, you will receive an order number via email. This email confirms that we received your request for tickets. It does not confirm availability or prices. It only confirms your request. We then begin processing your request for tickets. Once we have confirmed availability of your tickets, we will send you a confirmation email. Orders received after business hours will not be processed until the next business day. Once again, the database of tickets from our suppliers is not real time. We will confirm your order via email or phone after it has been processed. If you do not receive this email or call in a timely manner please call our office. If your billing address is a PO Box we cannot ship there. A fax authorization as noted above will be needed. Please note that all dates and times printed on tickets are subject to change. It is your responsibility to check with the team or venue to make sure the date or time is changed. This is especially important for sporting events, due to rainouts and rescheduling. Our service charge helps recover a small percentage of the cost of acquiring and maintaining a stable and respectable network of ticket suppliers. All tickets are delivered via FedEx. If you are ordering the day of or day before an event, tickets may be left at will call. Often, a broker will call across the street from the venue or in close proximity. Your customer care associate will explain the location to you. If you have any questions of where your tickets are going to be left, it is up to you to ask questions of the customer care associate. You are responsible for receiving all tickets sent via FedEx. All orders require a signature. Once Ticketpalace.com has shipped your tickets we have fulfilled our contractual duty. We are not responsible for any incorrect address provided by the client. Most tickets are subject to damage in heat or sunlight. We are not responsible for tickets which are lost, stolen, destroyed or otherwise damaged. Please keep all tickets in a safe location, as they cannot be replaced. If an event is postponed, your tickets will be honored for the new date. New tickets will not be issued, as your tickets will still be valid for the new date. If an event is cancelled for any reason other than: an act of God (rain, flood, earthquake, etc), war, terrorism, strike, or lockout, we will not refund the amount you paid for the tickets. Any service and shipping charges are non refundable. It is your responsibility to return the tickets to our office within 14 days of the cancellation. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected mail. We suggest using a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery to return your tickets. If your event does not take place (e.g. 7th game of the World Series), you also must return the tickets within 14 days to receive your refund minus the shipping and service charges. We reserve the right to cancel an order and give a full refund at any time for any reason.
